Thrasher Wreck Search

Gulf Islands - We will travel to Gabriola Reefs to try relocating the remains of the sailing ship Thrasher which grounded on Gabriola Reefs in 1880. The UASBC found pieces of the wreck in the late 70’s. We tried getting out there last spring but were not successful so we will keep our fingers crossed and try again. We will depart from Chemainus.
