There are two ways you can submit your membership application:

1. To submit your membership application online using PayPal:

2. To submit your membership application by mail:
After you have filled out the form below, print it using the Print Form button. Sign the form and mail it along with your cheque or money order (sorry but the Society does not take credit cards with mailed in applications) to:

As a member of the UASBC, I agree to uphold its aims and objectives and to abide by the Heritage Conservation Act (1994) of British Columbia, which permits no-disturbance diving on shipwrecks, but prohibits the removal of artifacts except by permit.

I further agree that in consideration of my membership and in being allowed to participate in UASBC activities and expeditions, I shall PERSONALLY ASSUME ALL RISKS and agree to RELEASE AND WAIVE any claim or cause of action which I or my estate may have at any time against the UASBC or its directors, officers or members, for any loss or damage suffered by me or to my property, however caused, including negligence, which I participate in, or during the course of, UASBC expeditions or activities.
