CHRIS MUNDIGLER – ARCHAEOLOGIST UVIC

Christian Mundigleris an archaeologist, ethno-historian, explorer and photographer who's spent his career researching, teaching and leading tours. He will talk to us about the growing use of technology in archaeology and the impacts it is having. His talk will include a look at technology such as GIS, photography, laser scanners and 3D printing to replicate reality and to preserve a record so that a site or artifact can be more efficiently and widely studied.
