Overview

The Underwater Archaeological Society of British Columbia is very active in research, field work, conservation, and education. This expediture of time and energy would be for naught without effective communication with UASBC members, Canadian citizens and the Government. Traditionally the UASBC has communicated with the members through the quarterly newsletter the Foghorn, and communicated with non members through our Regional Shipwreck Survey Reports (which can be purchased through the UASBC Shop).

With the launch of this website and the Society's Facebook page, the UASBC hopes to have better communication with the online world.

We hope you find the information on British Columbia's maritime history as fascinating, and rewarding, as we do.
